Did you know it’s National Pizza Week?  Instead of celebrating with delivery or carry-out, why not enjoy a pizza that’s every bit as satisfying – and made with REAL ingredients?!

The Spinach Artichoke Pesto Pizza is absolutely delicious, loaded with flavor, and comes together easily – perfect for a busy weeknight.  And for a bonus: you can use your planned-over pesto on the Not Your Ordinary Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which members have described as “amazing!”

If you’re feeling the winter blues, let your food help support you through these challenging weeks.  The Mood Boosting Fruit Salad and Pomegranate Pear Salad are both bright, nourishing options that pair beautifully with the Cuban Picadillo (think Cuban-inspired comfort food) or the Mini Fish Cakes – really delicious and packed with nutrients.
