Did you know this Sunday is both Father’s Day and the official start of summer?  This sounds like an excellent excuse to gather around the table and enjoy some truly delicious food.

Dad is sure to love the mouthwatering flavors of the Honey Sriracha Oven Baked Salmon.  In fact, this recipe has even won over members who were convinced they didn’t like sriracha.  Pair it with the Smoky Cauliflower Burnt Ends, inspired by a memorable meal we enjoyed in Austin, TX.  They deliver all the smoky goodness of burnt ends with tender and caramelized cauliflower.

For a taste of summer in a bowl, try the Roasted Beet & Mixed Berry Salad.  The combination of sweet berries, earthy beets, and fresh greens creates an ideal balance of flavors and textures.  It would pair perfectly with the Mini Italian Meatloaves, which also make fantastic leftovers for lunches throughout the week and freeze beautifully.
