Springtime meets Cinco de Mayo in this week’s meal ideas!

Fire up the grill (or keep it simple indoors) with the Hawaiian Fajitas – a fun twist on a classic and a fantastic way to do something a little different on the grill.  Pair them with the Strawberry Avocado Salsa for a fresh, colorful side that tastes like spring.

The Cilantro Lime Pork Tenderloin is another versatile favorite, perfect for cooking inside or out.  Even better?  The planned overs transform effortlessly in the fresh, flavor-packed Island Pork Salad later in the week.

While asparagus season is at its peak, don’t miss the Spanish Veggie Scramble.  It’s a simple, satisfying way to celebrate the season – and it pairs beautifully with the Sunshine Sparkler Sangria, which would also make an excellent addition to your Mother’s Day table.
