Fall flavors are in full swing! 🍂

Vegetarian enchiladas?  Yes – and no one will miss the meat in the Butternut & Black Bean Enchilada Skillet!  It’s super easy to prepare and the “planned overs” are delicious the next morning with an egg on top!  Pair it with the Caesar Salad with Avocado Dressing for a perfectly balanced meal.

Craving something sweet and savory?  The Maple Mustard Pork Chops are bursting with flavor – sweet, tangy, and tender!  Don’t skip the Apple Cabbage Slaw, and for even more maple magic, serve them alongside the Cinnamon Maple Roasted Winter Squash (with those irresistible sweet and spicy nuts!).

If you’re in the mood for something warm and cozy, the Quinoa Corn Chowder gets rave reviews – it’s creamy, hearty and easy to prepare.  Try it with the Roasted Cabbage – if you have never roasted cabbage, this might become your new favorite way to enjoy it!
