We want to keep you inspired and enjoying healthy, delicious meals during these cold winter months – and this week’s meals are full of cozy comfort and vibrant flavor!

The Creamy Roasted Carrot Soup is a comforting bowl of goodness, with deep roasted flavor and a creamy texture that will help you forget about the temperature outside.  It’s satisfying on its own and pairs beautifully with the Winter Fattoush Salad or the Maple Roasted Acorn Squash for a nourishing, seasonal meal.
