Did you know that June is officially National Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Month?!  Of course, we believe every month should celebrate fresh fruits and veggies!  And just like always, this week’s meal ideas are packed with delicious ways to enjoy a variety of seasonal produce.

Discover why the Classic Hamburger Salad has been called a “must try.”  It has all the flavors you love in a burger – in a fresh, satisfying salad.  And since burgers and fries are the ideal match, serve it alongside the Herb Parmesan Carrot Fries for a fun and flavorful combo.

We picked up a stunning head of bok choy at the farmers’ market on Saturday – and now is an excellent time to enjoy the “beautiful and tasty” Bok Choy Salad with Sesame Soy Dressing.  Pair it with the Kung Pao Cauliflower for a veggie-packed meal loaded with flavor.

Need some flexibility in your meal plan this week?  The Mexican Style Slow Cooker Chicken is a great option.  Members say it has “so much flavor” and it is easily incorporated into tacos, enchiladas, salads, bowls, and more.  It also pairs perfectly with the Mexican Beans with Avocado.  Then transform the planned-overs into the “delicious and family-approved” Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps for another simple meal later in the week.
