Ready or not, Christmas is just one week away.  Don’t stress!  It will all come together, and this week’s meal ideas are packed with big, comforting flavors that don’t require you to live in the kitchen.

The Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork is a holiday hero – you can use it for salads, sandwiches, pizza, tacos…and chili!  The Pork Chili with Bok Choy is ideal to serve to your holiday guests.  You could even add some planned-over pork to the Loaded Cauliflower Nachos – one of our favorites to celebrate New Year’s Eve!

Looking to add more color (and wow-factor) to your holiday table?  The Christmas Quinoa Salad is as beautiful as it is delicious.  And don’t miss the Roasted Beets with Walnuts & Gorgonzola – it’s restaurant quality and makes an impressive yet effortless side for any holiday meal.

Members have told us the Spicy Sweet Potato Soup is “the best soup I’ve ever eaten in my life!”  And the Baked Fish Parmesan gets rave reviews – recently, an Eat REAL America member spotted us at lunch and said, “I made the Fish Parmesan last week – we love it so much!”
