In just 30 short days, we are going to reveal The Napkin, which contains everything we believe you need to know to eat healthy and thrive!  This is what helped us transform our lives, and we have seen it change the lives of SO MANY others.

 

Why the Napkin?

Scott and I wanted to put together everything we have learned over the years on our REAL food journey and really boil it down to the life-changing habits you need to know to eat healthy and thrive.  We felt it was important to keep it simple…so simple in fact, it will all fit on a napkin.

Every day, we talk to people who are incredibly confused about how to eat healthy, and completely overwhelmed on where to start.  We have also watched countless people embrace specific habits and experience remarkable results…very quickly!

People like Aimee who dramatically lowered her cholesterol in just 6 months.  And Lee, who lost 40 pounds, reversed her prediabetes, and brought all of her numbers back to healthy levels, also in just 6 months.  And Tara, who was struggling with hormonal issues, inflammation and brain fog and saw these improve and even disappear within not months, but days!

These are just a few of the MANY examples of people who have literally changed their lives by embracing the habits on The Napkin!

On October 31st, we will be launching The Napkin video course.  This course will help you understand more about the life-changing habits that are on The Napkin, including videos, tips, ideas and resources on how to put these habits into practice – even among the craziness of everyday life!  This is a self-paced course that you can fit into your schedule however works best for you.

There are 10 core life-changing habit videos (most are between 5 and 10 minutes), plus another 30 videos and “Make it Happen” challenges to help you put it all into practice.  Plus, we have seamlessly included relevant coaching tips, videos, recipes and other resources that we have developed over the last 10+ years of serving our Eat REAL America members.

For those enrolled in The Napkin video course, we will hosting live monthly Zoom events to discuss challenges, successes, and keep you motivated!

  1. I encourage them to eat mostly fresh and frozen whole foods. Less box and processed. Find ways to make your recipes healthier to enjoy foods you love. I have switched from using canned and packaged sauces to making my own. It is so easy and less expensive..

  2. I started removing gluten from my diet in late May and it has been a huge game changer! I have no more bloat and discomfort and it has been really easy to fit in my lifestyle thanks to all the delicious gluten free recipes on this site! I LOVE eating REAL FOOD!!! I encourage others to eat more fruits and vegetables and lean meats. I to am on a weight loss journey and though I’ve only lost a few pounds and I am interested in this course to know what other areas I can improve on. Looking forward to it 😀

  3. Here is what would be on my napkin:

    Keep hydrated! Drink plenty of water
    Eat more veggies and fruits
    Eliminate or limit the amount of sugar you consume
    Exercise
