Welcome to Fall 2022!
Oktoberfest is currently underway in Munich! Even if you can’t be part of the German festivities, you can bring a little bit of Munich into your kitchen…with the One-Pot Oktoberfest! This is a fantastic meal and is perfect for a fall day…feel free to enjoy it with your favorite German or local brew! It would go great with the Roasted Green Beans with Dill Sauce.
If Tuesday’s coaching tip got you ready for butternut squash season, you will love the Butternut Squash Veggie Bake and the Autumn Pizza. The pizza uses pumpkin in the sauce and has a delicious combination of flavors! Then, pick up a spaghetti squash this week to enjoy the Lasagna Stuffed Spaghetti Squash – a unique way to enjoy lasagna using spaghetti squash noodles instead of lasagna noodles.
We have also included some flavor-loaded seasonal sides this week. The Cabbage, Apple & Pear Salad comes together super quick and easy using your food processor and it’s challenging to describe how absolutely good it tastes! And the Fall Fattoush Salad is a great autumn twist on the classic with a crazy good dressing!
