Tomorrow is National Mushroom Day (who comes up with these food holidays?)! We have all kinds of recipes to help you celebrate, including the Mushroom Quinoa Beer Chili and the Caramelized Onion & Sausage Pizza! Both are delicious, especially on a cool crisp fall day.
We have also entered pomegranate season! Don’t be intimidated about getting all those arils out…the submersion method is super easy and is explained in our pomegranate coaching tip. Then, enjoy the Pomegranate Pear Salad…the flavor combination is amazing when combined with the pears, blue cheese and walnuts!
