Zucchini and summer squash are starting to show up in full force in our gardens and farmers’ markets! Enjoy them this week in the Crazy Cajun Quinoa, the Spicy Grilled Veggie Tacos, and the One Pot Zucchini Pasta. Remember, zucchini is one of the foods that will help keep you hydrated during these dog days of summer!
