Week of May 18, 2020 - Weekly Meal Ideas


There is all kinds of deliciousness going on in the meal ideas this week!  Throw enough chicken on the grill for two meals — the Grilled Chicken with Rhubarb Chutney is a great way to use fresh, in-season rhubarb, and then the Pineapple Chicken Quesadillas with Strawberry Salsa will help you enjoy…you guessed it, fresh in-season strawberries!  Make sure to pick up enough strawberries to also enjoy the Strawberry Tabbouleh, which would be a great complement to the Greek Style Turkey Burgers.

A flavor-bursting meal idea this week is the Baked Tuna Noodle Skillet.  The whole family enjoyed this one and our son even asked for leftovers the next day!  And, it would go great with the Sweet Curried Carrot Salad.

Make sure to savor the last few weeks of asparagus season…the Curried Asparagus & Chickpeas provides great curry flavor and comes together quick and easy!
