Week of April 27, 2020 - Weekly Meal Ideas


Spring is in full bloom and we are taking full advantage of fresh in-season asparagus, radishes, strawberries, sugar snap peas and so much more!  The meal ideas this week scream “Springtime Flavor!”  The Strawberry Salad with Strawberry Mint Vinaigrette and the Radishes with Sugar Snap Peas and Dill are light, refreshing, and ideal for Spring, and the Asparagus Stuffed Sweet Potato is a delicious and nutritious way to enjoy freshly-harvested asparagus from your local farmers’ market!

This is a great time to get the grill going strong!  The Steak Panini and the Seafood Stuffed Pork Chops are both excellent reasons to get your grill on…crazy good!

The whole family loved the Pizza-Inspired Chicken Skillet.  Plus, if you are looking forward to Cinco de Mayo, the Mexican Breakfast Pizza will get you in the mood!
