There is a lot happening over the next week, including St. Patrick’s Day and the start of Spring!  If you need a last-minute GREEN inspired idea, the Kale Pesto Quinoa Bowl is loaded with flavor and nutrition.  And the Mint Chocolate Chip Banana Ice Cream is a delicious alternative to store-bought ice cream – just a few simple ingredients and NO added sugar!
