Week of April 14, 2025 - Weekly Meal Ideas


Have you started your Easter menu yet?  Even though it is still a week away, we are including some Easter-inspired ideas this week to give you plenty of time to plan and prepare!

If your guests are expecting ham to be on the table, the Honey Glazed Ham is tender and juicy because it first cooks in the slow cooker, and is then topped with a sweet glaze that browns in the oven for a delicious finish!

For some ham alternatives, the Lamb Pasta with Mint Pesto is a great-tasting way to enjoy Spring flavors and it comes together super easy!  Pair it with the Spring Inspired Cobb Salad for a truly amazing Easter meal.   If you are firing up the grill, the Indian Inspired Chicken Kabobs are tender and so crazy delicious – they would be ideal with the Egg-Topped Cauliflower Couscous.

Your guests will rave about the Roasted Strawberry & Asparagus Salad – roasting the strawberries and asparagus really brings out their flavors!  And the Caesar Style Deviled Eggs are an excellent way to enjoy some of those hard-boiled eggs.

Another family or crowd pleaser is the Greek Style Frittata – seasonal and sensational!   And for a Spring-inspired sweet treat, try the Strawberry Pie with Walnut Oat Cookie Crust…bursting with strawberries, it will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!
