Now that Spring is officially starting, we are loading the meal ideas with more Spring-inspired ingredients and meals!

Asparagus is the star ingredient in the Spring Asparagus Farro Salad; spring peas add pizzazz to the Pasta with Mint, Lemon and Spring Peas; and the Smashed Avocado and Pea Bruschetta is absolutely delicious and will definitely help you feel like Spring has arrived!  Many of these Springtime meals include lemon zest for a great pop of flavor, so now is the time to take full advantage!

If you are itching to get outside and fire up the grill, we have included a fantastic Peruvian Inspired Quinoa Bowl with flavor-loaded grilled chicken and veggies or try the Garlic Lemon Grilled Artichokes…so insanely good!
