It’s official, fall starts in just two days! To celebrate the change of seasons, we have included some more fall-inspired meal ideas this week! This includes pumpkin, butternut squash, pears, apples, potatoes, plus tomatoes and basil and other summer produce that you may still have hanging around.
For a unique way to use pumpkin, check out the Pumpkin Spice Granola! The aroma and the flavors will definitely make it feel like autumn!
The whole family will enjoy the Butternut & Black Bean Enchilada Skillet. Everything is prepared in one pot and the leftovers are fantastic for breakfast with an egg on top! They would go great with the Roasted Veggie Guacamole.
Since most of us can’t be in Munich for Oktoberfest, you can bring a taste of the festival into your kitchen with the One-Pot Oktoberfest. Serve it along with the Fall Fattoush Salad for one delicious meal! Then, use your leftover sauerkraut to enjoy the quick and easy Open-Faced Steak Reuben. Save those in-season apples for the Apple Walnut Pizza!
