Monday, September 23rd, is the first day of fall! At least in the Midwest, we are feeling like Mother Nature has NOT gotten the memo! We are staying optimistic that fall is truly coming soon, so to inspire you with all of the fantastic in-season ingredients autumn has to offer, this week’s meal ideas are loaded with broccoli, apples, butternut squash and more. Of course, we have also included a few ideas to finish using up those end-of-summer goodies like fresh tomatoes, okra, bell peppers and fresh basil.
