March is almost here!  It will be an exciting month…St. Patrick’s Day, March Madness, daylight savings begins, warmer temperatures (we hope)…and it is also National Nutrition month!  What’s the best way to celebrate nutrition?  You knew this was coming…EAT REAL FOOD!

We have several amazing meal ideas this week…with some great variety…to help you do just that!  The Sausage, Chicken and Squash Slow Cooker Stew is mouthwatering, delicious, and even better as leftovers the next day.  The Fish Tacos with Simple Slaw and Avocado Cream will help get dinner on the table quick — and these incredibly tasty tacos are perfect for those observing Lent.  The flavors in the Caramelized Onion, Apple and Prosciutto Pizza will leave you craving more and the Roasted Garlic Parmesan Edamame not only makes a great side, but is an excellent snack!

The Thai Quinoa Bowl has great flavor and is so easy to prepare because it’s a one pot meal!  If you are looking for a quick breakfast, try the leftover Chorizo Sweet Potato Tostadas topped with an egg.  That is, if there are any leftovers!
