Next week is officially the start of Spring!  Although the weather is still trying to decide if this is true, we are beginning to introduce some delicious Spring-inspired recipes we hope you will LOVE!

A great one to try this week is the Spring Vegetable Orzo Pasta Salad – it’s really tasty and refreshing!  And in honor of Spring, fire up the grill and enjoy this pasta salad with the Tandoori Chicken.  And another excellent idea…the Chile Lime Fajita Salmon Salad, with its Cajun flair of flavor and tangy dressing…this is one memorable salad!  Plus, the Spiced Cauliflower Salad has a fantastic drizzle with hints of lemon that is the perfect complement to the slightly spicy cauliflower!

Since St. Patrick’s Day is Sunday, get your day off to a good start with the REAL Green Eggs and Ham!  We also must mention the Veggie Surprise Meatloaf – this is not your ordinary meatloaf, it’s not only loaded with flavor, but veggies too…incredibly delicious!

In typical Eat REAL America style, the REAL ingredients included in the meal ideas this week, such as salmon, strawberries, asparagus, cabbage, leafy greens and black beans, can not only keep you healthy, but as we mentioned in our coaching tip, help lower your cholesterol too!
