As we transition from February to March, we are getting anxious and ready for warmer temperatures and springtime produce! This week, the meal ideas are loaded with flavor and we even included a few ideas to help you start thinking about St. Patrick’s Day.
If you have some Thai Peanut Sauce leftover from the Thai Stuffed Sweet Potatoes in last week’s meal ideas, make sure to enjoy it on the Thai Chicken Burgers! And, for a great tasting side, you can serve the burgers with the Moroccan Salad with Cilantro Orange Dressing.
To help get you in the mood for St. Patrick’s Day, get your GREEN on with the Whole Roasted Cauliflower – with its vibrant green Chimichurri sauce – or the Emerald Broccoli Salad (Ireland is considered to be the “Emerald Isle” after all). And, for many, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls go hand-in-hand with St. Patrick’s Day…we have transformed this into a delicious one-pot Stuffed Cabbage Soup that is fantastic to enjoy immediately and even better the next day!
For your meat-free meals, the Salmon Sheet Pan Fajitas is ideal! And, we are so excited to share our newest addition to the lineup of REAL food pancakes…these Oatmeal Raisin Pancakes are so moist and incredibly delicious, you will want to double the recipe!
Finally, for some tropical springtime flavors, enjoy the Pineapple Chicken Quesadillas with Strawberry Salsa! Especially if you have leftover chicken, these come together super quick and easy.
We hope you enjoy these meals and next week we will share even more ideas to help celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style!
