Since the 4th of July holiday is coming up quickly, we wanted to go ahead and share some ideas to help with your summer holiday planning! The Greek Style Turkey Burgers and Grilled Veggies with Greek Vinaigrette would be a fantastic and memorable meal your family and friends will not forget! Then, for dessert, keep it festive and healthy with the Red, White and Blueberry Popsicles!
If you will be serving breakfast to overnight guests, try the Baked Blueberry Oatmeal — it will definitely impress! We first enjoyed this on Mother’s Day and it was so good, we made it again a couple of weeks later for family who were visiting from out of town.
A few other ideas this week scream summer, such as the Roasted Beet and Mixed Berry Salad and the Glazed Turnip and Kohlrabi Salad — delicious and ideal to take advantage of in-season ingredients! We recently found farmers’ market small fingerling potatoes which was the inspiration for the Baked Fish and Chips…and resulted in a great “hit with the whole family” meal!
