It’s officially summer! Now, if we could just move out the rain and bring in the sunshine! In true summertime fashion, we have included several recipes this week for the grill! I’m not sure what it is with our grill, but for the second time I’ve found a huge snake inside our grill! Either someone is trying to tell me to stop grilling or maybe come up with a rattlesnake recipe?!
Anyway, I think you will love the Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin! It’s delicious, juicy and so easy! Serve it along with the Grilled Jerk Vegetables and enjoy the over-the-top flavor of this jerk seasoning — it’s crazy good! The Thai Chicken Burgers are also fantastic…either on the grill or in the skillet. And, believe it or not, you can also grill the greens for the Southwest Wedge Salad! Heck, go all out and grill the Apple Walnut Pizza too!
