Take your taste buds on a journey this week!  The whole family will love the Thai Chicken Burgers, and you can use the “planned over” peanut sauce for the quick and easy Thai Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.  For a cozy warm meal on a cold winter night, the Hungarian Mushroom Stew has a delicious combination of flavors including mushrooms, wild rice, dill and smoked paprika.  And, yes, it is even better the next day!

We created the Winter Pan Roasted Honey Mustard Salmon & Veggies specifically for this time of year.  It is loaded with flavor and packed with hearty nutritious veggies!  The entrees this week would also go great with the Tangy Citrus Arugula Salad (sweet, tangy, peppery and salty) or the Cilantro & Carrot Salad (a budget-friendly salad inspired by a trip through the Chicago airport).

For another quick and easy meal, the Black Bean Quesadillas with Goat Cheese are proof that meat isn’t required for a delicious quesadilla.  And for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack, you can make a batch of the Baked Oatmeal Cups – these portable oatmeal treats are ideal for school, work or even the gym!
