Week of April 11, 2022 - Weekly Meal Ideas


Have you started your menu for Easter yet?  Even though it is still a week away, we are including some Easter-inspired ideas this week to give you plenty of time to plan and prepare!

The Honey Glazed Ham is tender and juicy because it cooks in the slow cooker first, and then is browned with a sweet glaze in the oven.  Use some of your eggs to serve it up with the Caesar Style Deviled Eggs, and your guests will rave about the Roasted Strawberry & Asparagus Salad (roasting the strawberries and asparagus really brings out their flavor)!

For a couple more non-meat options as we enter the final week of Lent, the Spinach Stuffed Salmon is absolutely delicious, and the Springtime Minestrone is light, fresh and tastes amazing!  And, for a couple of quick and easy meals, make sure to enjoy the tropical flavors of the Pineapple Chicken Quesadillas with Strawberry Salsa and pick up some microgreens to use as a topping for the Mushroom Tortilla Pizzas.

A passionate Eat REAL America member requested breakfast cookies with fruit in them.  After some experimenting, we came up with the great-tasting Blueberry Lemon Breakfast Cookies!  The sweet blueberries and tangy lemon work so well together…they taste like Spring!  We love your requests, so please keep them coming!
