Happy New Year – a few days early! This week’s meal ideas will help get your 2023 started off right! If you need to detox from all the holiday celebrations, the Cauliflower & Kale Detox Salad is a perfect place to start – it is loaded with nutrition, plus it’s delicious! It would go great with the Red Lentil Tomato Soup…make a batch and use the leftovers for lunch throughout the week!
