Sriracha Roasted Broccoli

Why We Like It


Roasted broccoli is absolutely delicious, but when you add Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce..it sends the flavor over the top!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Prepare and Roast the Broccoli:

  • 5 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha (or hot sauce of your choice, adjust to your level of kick)
  • 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (or honey)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Add to a large bowl and toss to combine.  Spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer.  Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and toss so the broccoli browns evenly, then bake another 5-10 minutes or until browned and crisp tender.
