Start your 2022 off right with some delicious REAL meals in this week’s meal ideas!  For a nutrient-loaded take on a favorite Italian dish, make sure to enjoy the Surprise Spaghetti Bolognese – you decide whether to reveal the secret…it’s vegetarian and you would never know it!  It goes great with the Garlic Herb Breadsticks, which would also be ideal with the Italian Turkey Burger Soup if you are looking for something to warm you up.

For a fun and flavorful Mexican meal, the Loaded Mexican Sweet Potato Fries will hit the spot!  The Easy Pineapple Salsa would be an excellent side dish.  Try an Asian-inspired meal with the Asian Beef & Peppers — it will keep things quick and easy, and pairs perfectly with the Sriracha Roasted Broccoli.

We know your mornings are probably getting hectic again.  To keep things simple and delicious, make up a batch (or two) of the Carrot Cake Overnight Oats in the evening, and then enjoy a cholesterol-sponging breakfast ready to grab-and-go in the morning!
