The Mulligatawny Soup is an Indian-spiced soup that is perfect for leftover chicken, or keep it vegetarian and it is still incredibly delicious! It has great flavor and would be perfect with the Popcorn Roasted Cauliflower or the Grape, Fig & Walnut Salad!
