Now that Halloween has passed, you know what that means…here comes the holiday season! We will do our best to keep you inspired with ideas to get you through the season, plus fantastic meals, sides and sweet treats to serve your family and friends!
If you asked us for our favorite this week, I am not sure we could choose just one — we have several favorite hearty meals this week! The Crockpot Quinoa Pumpkin Chicken Stew is warm and cozy, ideal for a cool fall meal and the Salmon with White Beans, Kale and Honey Mustard Sauce is unbelievably good! We have so many people tell us after eating this dish “I didn’t think I liked salmon…until now!”
The Chorizo Sweet Potato Tostadas are perfect for a busy weeknight and if you have some Homemade Turkey Sausage already made up, well, that is even better! Plus, the leftovers (if there are any) are great the next morning with an egg on top. And, the Black Bean & Butternut Sliders are a unique and delicious way to enjoy roasted butternut squash and red onions!
We can’t leave out the incredibly great-tasting side ideas this week such as the Warm Pear Salad with Gorgonzola, Sweet and Sour Winter Squash, and Popcorn Roasted Cauliflower – any of these would be excellent to make and enjoy with any of these entrees!
