Week of May 14, 2018 - Weekly Meal Ideas


In some parts of the country, it is already starting to feel like summer, but there is still time to savor all of that amazing spring produce!  Pick up some bok choy and kale at your local farmers’ market and take advantage of the Kale and Bok Choy Bi Bim Bop — incredibly good and one of our favorite ideas for breakfast, or busy weeknight dinner.

Plus, you can fire up the grill and enjoy the Grilled Sweet Potato Salad and Chicken Teriyaki Burger — the homemade Teriyaki sauce sends the flavor over the top in this burger!  Then, keep it seasonal with the Springtime Strawberry Couscous Salad, Veggie Skillet Lasagna, and Middle Eastern Nachos…pick up some strawberries, asparagus and green onions during your trip to the farmers’ market for these delicious meals!
