This week’s meal ideas are proof that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring! Burgers, pizza, tacos, and more!
After many failed attempts, we finally found a Cauliflower Pizza Crust that holds together beautifully and is absolutely delicious! We also came up with Black Bean Burgers that rival the ones from a favorite restaurant — we highly recommend the egg and sriracha spread! And, the Fish Tacos with Simple Slaw & Avocado Cream are flavor-packed and make a fantastic quick and easy meal.
Remember, the magic happens when you get outside your comfort zone! We took our own advice and gave sardines a shot. We transformed two tins of sardines into some very tasty Mini Fish Cakes — believe it or not, they were really delicious and so easy to prepare! Sardines are loaded with beneficial nutrients like Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, and Vitamin B12, just to name a few! They will now be in our rotation in 2024, look for more sardine recipes and a coaching tip coming soon!
The Slow Cooker Enchilada Soup Bar is an Eat REAL America member favorite and does an excellent job of warming you up on a cold winter night! Now is the time to eat A LOT of dark leafy greens – some great ideas include the Mood Boosting Fruit Salad, the Caesar Salad with Avocado Dressing, and the Pomegranate Pear Salad.
