Wow, the past few days were loaded with celebrations – Super Bowl (back-to-back!), Fat Tuesday, Ash Wednesday, and Valentine’s Day! We hope you enjoyed some delicious REAL food with these events!
On Tuesday, we tried some new pancakes to celebrate Shrove Tuesday! The Triple Chocolate Pancakes were so good we had to include them in the meal ideas this week. We also hope you enjoyed Tuesday’s Seafood 101 coaching tip, just in time for Lent. There are SO MANY great seafood recipes including the quick and easy Pecan Crusted White Fish.
The Slow Cooker Curried Lentils is another fantastic meatless meal, and it goes perfect with the Homemade Herbed Naan Bread (our son couldn’t believe these weren’t from a restaurant!).
For more deliciousness this week, add the Mexican One Pot Pasta to your plan – it would be ideal with the Southwest Roasted Veggie Salad. And the Asian Style Sloppy Joes are super-easy to prepare and would be excellent with the Cumin Roasted Avocado & Mango Kale Salad.
Our hearts go out to anyone affected by the tragic incident in Kansas City yesterday – we are praying for you.
