With Christmas less than two weeks away, we wanted to give you some ideas to help with your holiday meal planning.
If you are feeding a crowd, everyone will love the Spicy Peanut Sweet Potato Soup. It would be perfect for a holiday gathering, as would the Pomegranate Christmas Tree Salad and the Dark Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn (a delicious replacement for the popcorn mix coated in the vanilla almond bark!).
It is also the ideal time to enjoy the Christmas Burgers, with a delicious and unique combination of flavors and textures! They would go great with the Arugula Quinoa Salad with Pickled Onions. And, if you need quick and easy, try the flavor-loaded version of a Chinese favorite with the Pineapple Pork Fried Rice!
For some delicious bite-sized cookies to have on hand, the Chunky Monkey Breakfast Cookies are excellent for breakfast, an any time of the day snack, and even for dessert. Rumor has it Santa loves them, in case you are planning what to leave out on your plate on Christmas Eve!
More Christmas and New Years inspired ideas coming in the next couple of weeks! Remember to try to keep your stress to a minimum this week…keep it simple and EAT REAL!
