Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  As 2015 winds down and we begin our New Year’s celebrations, we want to share a few incredibly tasty ideas that you can serve at home or take to your next get-together!  The Sweet and Spicy Baked Chicken Wings, Smoked Trout Dip and White Bean Bruschetta are all fantastic!  The Cranberry Orange Muffins are also excellent and would be great as part of a breakfast or brunch!

Of course, New Year’s Day wouldn’t be complete without black eyed peas…so the Hoppin’ John is perfect — plus it’s easy to prepare and delicious!  Most of us are aware that black eyed peas are known to bring good luck and extra blessings…and who doesn’t need a little of that?!

Just in case you need some relaxing post-holiday meals to throw together…maybe post-holiday detox?!…the Asian Beef with Peppers and the Sausage, Potato and Kale Soup will help!  (This soup is the healthier version of the favorite Olive Garden soup!)
