Spiced Mixed Nuts

Spiced Mixed Nuts
Serves: 8Ready In: 25 minutes

Why We Like It

Once you make these, they won't last long!  The flavor combination in these nuts is delicious and keeps you wanting more!  The curry and rosemary combined with the sweetness of the maple syrup and the slight kick of cayenne is amazing!  Serve them at your next friend or family gathering and watch them disappear!

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

Season and Bake:

  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup shelled raw pistachios
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/3 cup shelled raw pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas, or use shelled sunflower seeds)
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Add to a large bowl and toss to combine.  Spread onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.  Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.  The nuts are done when they are lightly toasted.  Remove from the oven and let cool.

Serve and Enjoy!

Quick Tips

Feel free to use whatever combination of nuts you like best!  These nuts can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long)!
