It's official...this is one of our favorite salmon recipes! So succulent with such little effort, it is destined to become your "go-to" fish recipe -- absolutely delicious!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix up topping:

Place in a small bowl, adding the olive oil last. Stir to combine. |
Prepare the salmon:

Place salmon on a greased baking sheet. Divide the dijon mustard spread over the top of each piece of fish. Top with the breadcrumb mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. |
