Welcome to October! Fall cooking is now in full swing and we have you covered! You can bring a little bit of Munich into your kitchen this week…with the One-Pot Oktoberfest! This is a fantastic meal and is perfect for a fall day…and feel free to enjoy it with your favorite German or local brew! Plus, it goes great with the Cinnamon Pumpkin Cornbread.
If you are celebrating World Vegetarian Day today, you can do it deliciously and in-season with the Autumn Pizza, Cinnamon Maple Roasted Squash or the Cabbage Apple & Pear Salad! And, if you have fresh juicy tomatoes still hanging on, the Roasted Tomato and Garlic Marinara is an ideal way to enjoy them!
Today also happens to be National Pumpkin Spice Day. If you want to celebrate, try the Pumpkin Tiramisu Overnight Oats and, for more ideas, make sure to read our coaching tip from Tuesday: Does Your Pumpkin Spice Come From the Farm or the Factory?
We will keep you eating in-season all year long, including some super-yummy soups and stews in the next few weeks!
