“Unbelievable!”; “Wow, those are so good!”; “What?!  How can they be gluten-free and that delicious?!”  These are just a few of the comments we have received about the Pumpkin Almond Butter Bars in this week’s meal ideas!  Amazingly tasty and perfect for Fall!

Embrace Fall with the Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Soup – it is crazy good and the combination of ingredients, along with the almond milk, helps make it creamy and delicious!  Then, wake up your taste buds with the Hatch Chile Stew, inspired by one of our Eat REAL America members!  Need quick and easy this week?  The Harvest Tacos are simple and made with cauliflower!  It may surprise you — we don’t think you will miss the meat!  The Savory Tuna Melt and Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps won’t disappoint!  We shared the lettuce wraps recently with friends and they were a huge hit!
