In some parts of the country, it is already starting to feel like summer, but there is still time to savor all of that amazing spring produce!  Pick up some green onions, fennel, leeks, and asparagus at your local farmers’ market and take advantage of the Scallion Kimchi, Fennel and Leek Al Forno and the Asparagus with Catalan Vinaigrette — these sides are all are so incredibly good and ideal to go with the entrees this week!

If you have never tried Bulgogi, we think you will LOVE the flavor – it’s one of our favorite Korean dishes and goes great with the Scallion Kimchi!  And then, make it a 2-for-1 and transform the leftovers into the delicious Bulgogi Pizza.  And don’t miss out on the Panko Crusted Mustard Salmon – your family and friends will go on and on about how delicious this is, and it may even become your “go-to” fish recipe!

Enjoy the fresh flavors and keep it seasonal with the Strawberry Basil Chicken or Strawberry Gazpacho!
