Not sure I could pick my favorite this week between it and the Garlic Loaded Chicken — both have outstanding flavor! As you can probably tell, we LOVE kale so we have included two different ways to enjoy it this week…crunchy Kale Chips and a Kale Salad with Roasted Potatoes, Bacon, and Blue Cheese Vinaigrette! All this green will start getting you in the mood for St. Patrick’s Day! For a little variety, try the No Bake Chocolate Energy Balls — they are perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or quick snack!
