Since the 4th of July holiday is coming up quickly, we wanted to go ahead and share some ideas to help with your summer holiday planning!
We are super-excited to share the Summer Bounty Buddha Bowl this week! This is one of those meals that was so good we had to make it again the next day! And, if you read the coaching tip on Tuesday, this is a perfect way to get tons of variety into just one bowl! Of course, you could also grill the PBR Beer Can Chicken and add it as another topping!
If you are firing up the grill, the Grilled Summer Peach Sandwich is another one we can’t stop thinking about! And the Rosemary Pork Chops and the Cherry Tomato Margherita Pizza are also ideal options for the grill.
We came up with the Fennel Salad with Orange Mint Vinaigrette to demo at a local farmers’ market just this week. Many of the people that stopped by had never eaten fresh fennel before – they all commented on how light and refreshing this was — it would be great for your holiday get-togethers!
We can’t forget dessert! Keep it festive and healthy with the Red, White & Blueberry Popsicles! Or, try other ideas like the Berry & Raw Brownie Parfaits and the Grilled Banana Splits!
