We’ve got you covered this week for breakfast, lunch, dinner…and even dessert!

Even though it may be the middle of winter, you don’t need to be fighting off a cold to enjoy the Old-Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup — slow cooker chicken and homemade broth will have it bursting with flavor.

Speaking of the slow cooker, the Slow Cooker Carne Asada Steak is delicious and is a great topping for tacos, nachos, lettuce wraps or a salad!  One Eat REAL America member said, “The Carne Asada Steak sauce is so incredibly delicious, we put the leftovers on everything!  It is especially fantastic on scrambled eggs!”

The Pineapple Pork Fried Rice is just as good as take-out.  Plus, you can keep your January Superfood Challenge going strong with the Cilantro & Carrot Lentil Salad.  An Eat REAL America member was traveling and described this as “the best lentil salad I’ve ever had!”  We recreated it in our kitchen and the result is delicious!

You must find a reason to enjoy a relaxing breakfast (or breakfast dinner) with the Apple Peek-a-Boo Pancakes…they are absolutely fantastic!

Then, finish your meal off with a delicious and healthy sweet treat with the Simple Mixed Berry Crisp…it’s a healthy fruit crisp that can be enjoyed year-round using your favorite frozen berries or, of course, fresh berries when available.
