Merry Christmas to the amazing Eat REAL America community!  As 2017 winds down and we begin our Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, we want to share a few incredibly tasty ideas you can serve at home or take to your next get-together.  The Christmas Cranberry Salsa, Layered Mediterranean Dip and Buffalo Broccoli and Cauliflower Bites are all fantastic!

Of course, New Year’s Day wouldn’t be complete without black eyed peas…so when you begin your New Year’s planning, consider the Black-Eyed Pea and Greens Soup…it’s easy to prepare and delicious!  Most of us are aware that black eyed peas are known to bring good luck and extra blessings…and who doesn’t need a little of that?!

Just in case you need some relaxing pre- or post-holiday meals to throw together…or maybe post-holiday detox?!…the flavor-popping Honey Sesame Salmon with Asian Rice Salad will help!  The Mexican Black Bean Veggie Pizzas are also fantastic, not to mention easy to prepare – they are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
