Why We Like It
Sparkling water and fruit juice creates a healthy soda pop and we love it! You can provide a variety of flavored waters and juices, and allow your guests to create their own. The addition of sliced fruit is a bonus…we are partial to wedges of lime! See the quick tip for how to make a healthy version of Gatorade…that we like to call Home ‘R Ade!
Mix Together:

Serve and Enjoy!
- 2-3 Tbsp mixed berries (any variety of fresh berries, or lemon or lime wedges, OPTIONAL)
Serve with fresh berries, or lemon or lime wedges, if desired.
Quick Tips
You can make a homemade Gatorade that contains the same electrolytes, yet has no artificial colors and is sweetened only by fruit juice, no added sugar…at a fraction of the cost!
Simply combine the following in a pitcher or large water bottle (or empty 1 liter bottle): 12 oz 100% fruit juice (cherry, grape, apple or cranberry), 20 oz of water, and 1/8 tsp salt. Stir or shake well. (Add salt only if you are exercising for more than one hour and/or in extreme heat, otherwise added sodium is not needed.)
