It’s official, fall is here! To celebrate the change of seasons, we have included some more fall-inspired meal ideas this week! This includes pumpkin, butternut squash, pears, apples, cabbage, plus tomatoes and basil that you may still have hanging around.
Of course, you can enjoy pumpkin in many of the dessert and sweet treat ideas we have on the website, but as you know, we like to keep it interesting so we have included a delicious way to include pumpkin in a flavor-loaded one pot Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Sausage Skillet!
The whole family will enjoy the Butternut Squash Tacos…our kids gobbled these up…and they would go great with the Roasted Veggie Guacamole! The Mushroom Tomato Basil Bruschetta and the One-Pot Braised Chicken and Tomatoes with Braised Red Cabbage and Apples are so easy and so incredibly good…your family or guests may think they are at a restaurant! And, for those busy nights, the Broccoli Parmesan Pasta will hit the spot!
Don’t forget about our September Better Breakfast Challenge coaching tips — if you haven’t had a chance to read them, be sure to check them out…September is not over yet!
