In the spirit of Halloween week, we have included some festive meal ideas!  If you need something that practically cooks itself so you can get your trick-or-treaters ready, try the Slow Cooker Chipotle Veggie Chili – really good and the slow cooker does the work!

Or, if you want to enjoy an easy and cozy meal while you wait for the trick-or-treaters to come knocking, the Eggplant and Mushroom Curry or the Bulgogi will both hit the spot!  Plus, the leftover Bulgogi is ideal for the Bulgogi Pizza…planned-over meals are absolute lifesavers!

And, this time of year wouldn’t be complete without some of those traditional treats, such as Caramel Apple Dip…and our version is made with REAL ingredients.  The dates are the secret to the sweetness…if you THINK you don’t like dates, keep an open mind and give this one a try!
