This week’s meals are loaded with fantastic ideas that are perfect for fall!

Get your winter squash game on with the Autumn Roasted Veggie Sandwich and the Acorn Squash & Apple Salad……both are crazy good!  And use your leftover butternut squash for the Autumn Pizza, which has a super unique fall-inspired pumpkin pizza sauce!  The sandwich and pizza would both go great with the Kale Salad with Cranberries & Walnuts.

Two-for-one is always a good thing, especially when it comes to mealtime!  When you make the Slow Cooker Mexican Chili, you can quickly and easily transform the leftovers into a flavor-filled Loaded Sweet Potato…that’s at least two meals in your busy week made easier!  Don’t forget to add the Cheesy Jalapeno Cornbread!  The applesauce keeps it moist and the jalapeño adds just the right amount of kick – serve warm with a little honey drizzled on top…delicious!

For another quick and easy meal, the whole family will love the Cheeseburger Quesadillas!  You don’t even have to tell them they are healthy!
