HAPPY THANKSGIVING!  We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving day, together with family, friends and, of course…great food!  We are truly blessed for everyone who has joined us on this journey to help our families and our communities enjoy the amazing flavors, nutrition and all the other benefits of REAL food — thank you so much!

By now, you may be asking, “What in the world do you do with all that leftover turkey?”  We have you covered with some delicious ideas that go far beyond the traditional turkey sandwich.  Break out of the routine and enjoy the Turkey Bolognese, which pairs perfectly with the Baked Parmesan Mushrooms, Spanish Turkey Stew or the Kicked-Up Cranberry Turkey Tostadas – they are all super good and so easy!  Of course, there are many other turkey leftover ideas on Eat REAL America…simply type “turkey” in the search bar.

Then, when you hit “turkey detox mode,” try the Spiced Middle Eastern Butternut Squash or the Simple Savory Tuna Melt – both are great-tasting, good for you, and will help you feel back on track.  Enjoy either of these with the Jicama Fries or the Chopped Kale Salad with Grapes & Feta…they are both delicious and versatile sides!  You could even add some leftover turkey to the Chopped Kale Salad and turn it into an incredibly satisfying entrée.
