Week of November 16, 2020 - Weekly Meal Ideas


Spaghetti squash, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and pomegranates…just a few of the REAL in-season ingredients in this week’s meal ideas that you can easily transform into AMAZINGLY delicious meals for you and your family!

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, consider serving the Brussels Sprouts & Winter Squash Gratin or the Popcorn Roasted Cauliflower…either one will impress your guests at your Thanksgiving table!  You still have time to do a “test run!”

The entrees this week are loaded with flavor!  The seasonings in the Paprika Pork Chops go really well with the caramelized onions. The African-Inspired Peanut Stew is a little creamy, a little spicy and, of course, good for you!  Plus, the Lasagna Stuffed Spaghetti Squash is a different spin on the Italian favorite and the kids loved it!

Of course, we also included a few relaxing easy meals, such as the Shrimp & Avocado Salad and Szechuan Tempeh Stir-Fry, which are especially important when time is limited.
